What is the Gift Store Experience? A design-led retail concept with interactive perfume and floral bars plus curated goods — part studio, part boutique


Yes — we offer on-site perfume bar activations and portable pop-ups. 


Yes—our fragrance mists, lip glosses, and scrubs are formulated to be cruelty‑free. Check individual product labels for vegan confirmation and ingredient details.


Store soy candles in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep fragrance mists and scrubs in a similar environment to preserve scent and texture.


Choose wrapping at checkout or add a personalization request on product pages.




Shipping

Processing Times


Q: How long will it take to receive my order?  

A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (sometimes up to 5 during busy periods), and delivery time depends on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.


Q: Do you ship outside the U.S.?  

A: Currently, we only ship within the continental United States. For international inquiries, please contact us and we’ll let you know if we can help.

Q: What if my package is lost or never delivered?  

A: If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, contact us within 48 hours and we’ll start an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue.

Refunds & Returns


Q: Can I return or exchange my order?  

A: We generally do not accept returns for “change of mind” on limited‑edition or event‑themed products. However, if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days and we’ll help you with a replacement or refund 

Q: How long does it take to receive a refund?  

A: Once a refund is approved, it is issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to update your account
